We do not profile visitors to our website. We do not use tracking methods to identify visitors. We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website.

 

When you visit the Leo & Muhly Ltd. website, our web hosting company (Hostpoint in Switzerland) may record your visit. We do not receive information from Hostpoint to identify or profile visitors to our website.

 

We may disclose information obtained from visitors and customers to governmental agencies or entities, regulators or others for one reason only: To comply with applicable laws, regulations and court orders.

 

Leo & Muhly Ltd. has implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or destruction.

All electronic messages sent to and from Leo & Muhly Ltd. are automatically stored. They are protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures. All e-mails are disposed of after the applicable retention period has expired.

 

We process and store all data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The service provider is Hostpoint (Rapperswil, Switzerland).

Cookies may be used by Hostpoint, our web hosting company, but we do not receive any information about cookies and we do not analyse or process cookies in any way. The Leo & Muhly Ltd. website does not use cookies to make it more user-friendly, for marketing purposes or for any other reason.
